The flow of the class was thoughtful, and it was clear that she put effort into planning a balanced workout." - Indira
"You made everyone feel so comfortable and welcomed, and it really showed. I also loved that you prayed over us - that meant so much and made the whole experience feel even more special. I'm so proud of you and can't wait for the next class!" - Susy
"Girl, you literally killed it!! You are such a light and have such an encouraging spirit! You are an amazing instructor already!!" - Em
Nana was so great for her FIRST CLASS. My butt is sore, so that means she did a great job. She also went the extra mile and made goodie bags for everyone who came. She was also very welcoming and sweet. I loved the class and will be back!" - Lindsay
